My name is Kristine Glasgow and I founded Blackwolf Real Estate to better serve buyers, sellers, and those in need of affordable and comprehensive property management in the Tri-City area. I have always had a passion for real estate and I love helping my clients with all of their real estate needs. My client-centric approach has created a track record of savvy real estate negotiations in which I have worked hard for my clients, always in their best interest, to get them the best deal.

My background gives me a competitive advantage. Before I was a licensed real estate agent, I bought houses, sold houses, flipped houses and managed my own rental properties in the Tri-Cities.

The name “Blackwolf” originated from a rescue dog we adopted several years ago. Although his name was Rascal, he somewhat resembled a black wolf and the name stuck. Our children grew up with Rascal who was an integral part of our family. He lived seventeen long and happy years with us and in memory to Rascal and his spirit, I named my real estate business as a tribute to him.

Over the years I have found great joy in helping my clients purchase their first home, their last home, and everything in between. I have enjoyed helping my clients sell their homes and relocate. It has also been a pleasure providing a quality rental property at a reasonable price to those in need of a rental or vacation property.
